[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — membership cancellation policy is not clear and very poor customer service | |||
First of all I am not able to contact club mahindra by any means - call / email. I tried number of times their toll free number and another Chennai number but no luck. Sent email to member relations but only once they responded that they will get back within 2 days. After 3 days one reply came asking to submit KYC and cancellation request but it was not clear what I need to send and also no info provided about refund so I asked more details but nobody responded after that despite of 3-4 follow-up emails.This is truly ridiculous !! Very poor support. After many follow-ups, one person called me after a week and said that no refund will be given and also if any EMI received by them won't be refunded as well. Refund is only for members who fully paid membership fees.Then I asked a question where it is mentioned in policy that refund is only for fully paid members? then he has no clue and said that I'll check and get back but he did not come back since 3-4 days then again I tried to reach by mail/call but no response. This is not ethical since I have not started using membership yet so they cannot simply take all money. May be some admin charges, interest etc can be deducted but simply eating all money is not acceptable at all. I raised another question: Suppose if I pay full membership amount 280K at the time of registration and then I want to cancel after 11 days of membership then what will happen? But no response from them. Did not expect such a poor support and ambiguous policies from such a Big brand where they keep on talking about customer Trust on Mahindra but this is not realistic based on my experience and so many similar complaints in this forum. Hello Club Mahindra, if you are reading this complaint then please provide me satisfactory answers to my questions and do the needful to cancel membership and arrange for the refund.
