Club Mahindra Holidays — membership - false promise and non-refund | |||
I took a club mahindra white membership in 2013. The sales guy promised to upgrade it to red with some minimal charge, additional holidays etc. When i contacted him for upgrade, he sold another red membership with a promise to merge. I met with an accident and was bed-ridden for 1 year. During this period, i could not pay any emi for both memberships. When i came back to re-start the membership and merging both, the representative vanished and cm said, they will cancel both since i had not paid the emi for 1 year. Until now nothing has happened and my membership stands cancelled. I have paid 1, 90000/- to cm with zero holidays being used. Why do we have such organizations in india that cheat loyal/tax paying people like us? I am looking forward to continue the membership by paying the balance or a full refund.
