Club Mahindra Holidays — membership fees refund

Booked the membership at udaipur in the last week of august. We have informed just 2 days after our payment, that we don’t want the membership as you have hidden some fact about the variable membership fees. This was agreed by the sales manager and she informed that they are starting the refund process. Its more than 100 days since i have made the payment.
If the amount is not refunded with interest Immediately, i am taking the legal route to claim the amount.
Never thought such a reputed company will behave so badly with the customers. Once again, i like to mention that you have not lost just 1 customer, but all the potential customers known to me and the trustworthiness of the brand mahindra.
