[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — Membership refund not fully refunded even after 9 months

Please tell me where i am wrong and what is my fault? Trusting you or Trusting The brand. almost 10 months now and as per your policy it is 7 / 14 days cancellation policy if i am not happy with the product and i cancelled the policy in 2 days from the booking ammount i had paid and then i made complains to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com

i have 2 case numbers from them and it was like not supportive

This is a Hard time now as its Covid pandemic around and no jobs around as its lock-down and please do the needful and process my payment or the least what i accepted from this big reputed company was that a follow up or case update,

From a Frustrated Person who dint receive the reward which i was promised too (during the promotion, Nitin and Clare is aware off and later with my emails and chats he did sent me a photo of the hotel booking reward as a pictures which i dont consider as a reward as i cant claim it as a reward) and after raising 2 cases with membership compliants, nitin did transfer me money 5000 and 2000 from his personal account and remaining 13000 is still pending and nor he is responding to me nor my messages.

Please help me
