Your executive mr. Rohit ([protected]) have convinced me and i took membership
But he may have forgot, missed, lied or manipulated two three concerns which were very important in taking decisions regarding owing membership.
But when i received call from your confirmation team[protected] on 12.12.2017 at 2.24 pm and when she told me these things i really got very upset.
Later mr. Rohit called me again and tried to convince, but then why these facts where concealed at first instance will be my question.
So i request you to cancel the membership and refund the amount paid. No more further discussions plz.
Also since last four days i'm calling customer care[protected], but only recording is being played (Your call is important to us, your call will be transferred to next available agent) and phone gets disconnected after 5min.
How much busy you all are : it only means that there are less executive as compared to your clients or there are many complaints that company is just attending complaints only.
If this is the scenrio right now then we can assume further.
I just want my refund
