[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — non availability of booking | |||
I have taken club mahindra membershipin year 2008 with intention to spent premium time with my family. I have opted for blue membership, however never got the booking. The only booking i got was for varca beach goa resort. Thereafter, wherever i contacted club mahindra for booking and always got response that resort is already full. I was recommended to upgrade my plan from blue to white so that it will be easier to get the booking. I too agreed but the result the same due to which i stop making asf payment yearly. It does not make any sense to make the yearly maintenance payment and there is no booking. Why should i make asf payment when i am not getting any booking. I got several calls from club mahindra team and i informed the same and they assured that they will provided me the booking. However, they never provided me any booking. There are many instance which i can share on this false commitment. I have also recommended by brother and he too is facing same problem. Believe, club mahindra is just trying to fool their customer. If your customer based is increased than u should provide more information else after few years you will not get any customer. I am sorry to say but this is pathetic experience.
