[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — non refund of 10000 inr

I have submitted token amount of 10000 INR on 28.09.2018 after that i requested to cancel my membership and return my money agent is neither picking phone nor replying on SMS.How can any of your reputed brand agent can do some irrational behaviour.
Hoping for the favourable and fast response as it is more than 30 days gone.
