[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — not giving refund after cancellation of membership | |||
Hi, membership id 2849068 I took club mahindra membership after seen all there beutifull promises. They ask to pay 50% of membership and i will get extra benefits. As well the offer is only available that day so they force to pay amount on same day. I trusted and mahindra brand i know. After paying amount they gives document and left. I read all documents then i get to know i have to pay 15000 per year as annual maintenance and that amount suppose to be increased by 15% per year. As well if i do not avail the stay then also i have to pay maintenance amount. If i am. Not use my stays then it will loss days if it goes beyond the 30 or 45 days. I imidiately ask for cancellation. He said please wait for 2-3 days i am out of city, he just try to pass 10 days period so i am not cancel my membership. But luckily i searched and i found, i cancelled my membership by sent mail as they communicate on call. I tooked membership on 26 december 2018 and i cancelled in 3 days. Then they took 17 days to cancel my membership. Then they comes with another rules i have to wait 90 working days, when you check it go's almost 6 month, because they not consider saturday and sunday as working day, but they can sale membership on saturday.
