[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Not met the agreed service level | |||||
I had taken Club Mahindra membership in 2016 and I have paid almost 11 and I am not even availed a single day of their service. and they also failed to give the agreed service so I fed up with these guys. When I approached for the refund, they said that you can go for cancellation and none of my paid amount would be refunded. They are not willing to help and they asked me go for the cancellation. They don't have the professional approach to reply as well attend calls of the customer who wants to cancelled the service. When called, they reply that the member relationship officer will get in touch with u in next 2 hrs. They never called back till date to my messages. CLUB MAHINDRA is a big FRAUD & just want to cheat the money of people. Do not go for membership unless one has lot of many to blow ... Please help me in getting my refund.
