ID NO. :37238 I have been completely pestered by CLUB MAHINDRA ‘s highly unprofessional way of functioning. The staff at the company has a very negelective approach to their customers. MR. RAKESH OBHAN, had met me when I visited the Club Mahindra office in Andheri east on 6th June and had assured me that he had recorded all my grievances and was working on them. He had asked for a time leniency till 20th June through a mail, but has been unable to fulfil his commitment. He then expected an extension in the time he had asked for. This is highly unacceptable and disrespectful to the my time and commitment. Following that Ms.SUPRIYA MAHESH called on behalf of Club Mahindra and she also asked for time till 4th July. And as expected even she was unable to keep her word. The hopeless staff of Club Mahindra Is least interested in helping the members and are more keen on harassing them. Till date I have not received a single mail, call or message. I’m am dejected by the service of the pathetic company. I’m am not interested in any phone conversations and expect all conversations through mail.
