[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — please refund my deposited money as soon as possible due to wrong commitment | |||
On dated 09/06/18 with the help of your officer mr. Sachin pathak (Manager sales), i registered to login my account with the rectify of my mobile number and email id. Which are incorrect in your records. The email id - radhika. [protected]@gmail.com was wrong, it is not my id, its wrong filled by your officer, so i was unable to mailed any my quaries to you by this id. My email id is, [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@yahoo.co.in And the mobile number [protected] was wrong filled by your officer, my mobile number is [protected] and [protected]. (8 inpace of 0) (Photocopy attached) Before i was corresponding you with this email id [protected]@gmail.com which was not registered in your records (By your mistake) (I have found membership id ie.2811511 is on 15/06/18 by post and i continue try to rectify my mobile number by your officers by telephonic (I have date and records also), after then i mailed to registered mail id) Sir, now i want to know some commitment which was tells us to your officer, he says that 1- if pay ten percent of down payment, you can visit in our club mahindra any point. If you like it, you deposit rest amount (You deposit rest ammont with installment ie. Emi) otherwise you withdraw (I deposited the down payment, but now your officer tells us, you pay minimum three emi then you are eligible for the same). 2. Your officer don't tells us about annual maintenance charges, which can't affordable by me. All these reason i want to quite my membership, and be refund my deposited money.
