[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — poor service and no utilization

Dear team,

I am sachin aggarwal (Member-id: 2773080), i am writing this email after getting devastating experience after paying almost 3lcas rupees without getting any utilization. in this case i have booked my 3 complimentary holidays on 31st july, 2018 for verco resort in goa from 14th sep till 17 sep and after 1month when i did not get any update i asked your sales exec (Manjunath) who sold me this, and i got to know that it has expired on 28th august while i can see the availability is there and i asked him why this is not booked he told me please write an email to relationship team for extension and they will do but when i wrote email i got response that they can not extend. I would like to request you to please extend this as an exception as i have already booked my travel itinerary.

This is really a frustration that after paying 3 lacs you are getting nothing. This complimentary holidays is part of my benefits which i get and i want to utilize that. Again i would request you to please extend this and confirm my booking

I want my money back and do not want to continue.
