I booked the holidays in Feb for the Kerala and not able to cancel the trip as came to know my wife is in first trimester of pregnancy . She can't travel in the first trimester and i requested the company to reaccredit the nights on medical reason. After getting no response on mail from last 3 Months they are not ready to reaccredit the points now . I am suffering from mental trauma due to worst customer service . I have already paid 1 lakh 20 thousand rupees and not able to avail single holidays yet now.
Could you please take above complaint and request to recredit the points or refund the membership cost in case of cancellation .

Your membership allows you to travel in Red and White seasons and book upto 4 months in advance. All holiday reservations are done on a first come first serve basis and are subject to eligibility and availability for particular room types at each resort.
