I took bliss category membership at a downpayment of ₹ 122, 100 and 12 emi of ₹ 10, 925/- starting from 7th july. Since i had plans to travel to usa in july, i asked their representative sumit soni, for a list of accommodations available in the cities i was to visit. He failed to turn up inspite of my several calls and whatsapp messages (I have the complete history of our chats), i decided to cancel my membership through their call centre and on the same day i sent them an email. After that i received two phone calls assuring me of suitable action. But till now there is no sign for refund. Please advise what to do.

Now I want discontinue my above membership due some financial problems.
So kindly discontinue my above ECS payments with immidiate effect.
