[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — refund for cancellation of membership not initiated even after 3 months. | |||||
Hi, Customer id[protected] I took club mahindra membership on 31may'17 and paid the complete amount same day and after eveluating everything, i asked mr. Dharmendra chaturvedi to cancel it on next da1st june'17. Before registration, they told us it will take 21 days to refund the complete amount if membership is cancelled, however the same statement has been changed from 21 to 90 days. Even after 90 days, we kept calling customer care and but didnt get any information regarding the refund & mr dharmendra has stopped picking up calls.
