I would like to bring to your notice that I have cancelled my membership on 16th January 2023 . I purchased studio white membership on 15th Jan 2023, membership no allotted -3000314. After doing continuous follow up and not getting any action based response, I am writing this email with heavy heart and being deeply stressed out for my money.
When I got a call from the verification department, I got to know various misrepresentations that were made by the executive who visited my place for selling the membership and I believed him in good faith considering the brand name of Club Mahindra .
Since the cancellation email sent by me, I have not got a single call from the cancellation team even though the standard TAT mentioned was 4-5 days, which has been completed.
