Dear clubmahindra, I request you not to process my application which was handed over to mr akshay (Andheri branch) yesterday evening at 6 pm for the membership at mumbai. Kindly make arrangements to refund the down payment of rs. 33.7k with credit card made at 5.30pm on 8 june. Kindly treat this mail as full and final instructions for not pursuing the membership.
