[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — refund not paid | |||
Dear sir/madam, I have signed the membership form but did not paid full amount (Only paid some amount) and on very next day i decided not to take the membership based on the reviews from my friends and at this moment i am experiencing the same. So, i requested for the refund and they agree upon it, but it is not more that 3 months i am following with mr joy ([protected] / [protected]), and mr madhav nirmal ([protected]). Now, they stop receiving my calls. I tried all possible ways to connect with them and after that i decided to complaint. Their behavior is so strange, at this stage they are behaving like this then after taking membership then one can think how they behave afterwards. Based upon their service, i can think if this really a fake or what. And also want to suggest others not to go with club mahindra as your sales representative will not respond to you after taking membership, they will ran away. When you have any query in future at that moment you might have paid your entire membership amount and there will be no one to solve your query and they will not take care as you have paid entire payment. My humble request to club mahindra team to refund my amount at the earliest possible. And be aware of these 2 people joy and madhav. Regards, Chetan Was this information helpful? | |||
