[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — refund not receive after 92 days | |||
I had taken membership of club mahindra on 18-March-2018 from Mrs. Alpa Patel from Surat. At the time of sales they are not explained about annual maintenance fees, which was around 14K. When I found she never explained about annual maintenance fees, I had send mail on [protected]@clubmahindra.com for cancellation membership on 28-March-2018. After repeating attempt with the customer care and local branch, they have agreed that my membership is canceled and I will get the refund. As per Registration form term condition payment will be refund within 90 days from the date of receipt of the request for cancellation. However, the refund is not receive after completed 92 days. my member ID is : 2809214 Was this information helpful? | |||
