I have been waiting for an update on my membership cancellation and refund of rs. 10, 000 since last year.
Is this a way of your company to get customers by hook or crook.
I had paid the advance in faith via mr. Rahul that if we do not like the plan we may cancel the membership within one week. Which we had done that week itself.
It is not our concern that the said mr rahul has now left the company.
The payment was made on 4th june 2017 via online transfer. The transaction id is othpos[protected].
Kindly revert the advance payment at once or else i will be forced to take legal action.
