[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Refund of payment. | |||||
Sir, I bought Club Mahindra membership plan ie. White Plan on 6th January, 2017. Their sales executive visited my place and demonstrated the various plans being provided by you a few of them seemed appealing to me so I chose your White plan. Their executive advised me Studio room as I have a family of four (all adults) he told me that our studio rooms accommodates 4 people but now when I was going through their website and reviews by various members of yours I came to know that studio rooms are for accommodating 3 persons only or 2 adult and 2 children. few other things which I came across were waiting time on booking, Extra Bedding charges, Inflation based Annual Subscription fees all these facts were not disclosed by their executive and now I am feeling very much deceived. I was not told about The annual subscription Fees which makes my plan cost almost double ie. 13500 per year. and now it is out of my budget. I have already paid 2 installments for the membership but now I do not wish to continue with my membership so I would like to request you to get my amount refunded which falls under their 10 days full refund policy.
