Club Mahindra Holidays — regarding poor services and false promises

I had been given the membership under false impression of first using the complementary stay after giving the base amount and 3 installments and now i am being told that i cannot use the complementary holidays. The cistomer care was of no use. And now am disappointed. So i would like a refund of all the mo ey given by me to this club mahi dra holiadys
