[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — representative behaviour | |||
Dear Sir, I got a call on 12/02/2018 inviting me to Mahindra holidays presentation in Jind, Haryana on 13/02/2018 At nowhere during the call I was told that only couples are allowed in the event. On 13/02/2018 when my father who is a senior citizen reached the venue he was not only denied the entry but also treated disrespectfully which left him very dishearten. Such type of behaviour is not expected from professionals of such a reputed conpany that of yours If your employee can't inform and attend guests properly it is better not to invite them than to humiliate them.
