[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Rude Customer/Account Managers | |
I have a blue member of club mahindra holidays. I was tortured with countless calls to pay the yearly maintenance fee of 50 K and was forced unnecessary to avail their services. When I finally did after paying requested amount, I booked a resort in Goa 2 weeks in advance, still my waiting never got cleared. On consulting the aacount manager, he fooled me for days that booking will get cleared, as the days of the holiday approached, they still did not have any answer to booking confirmation on top of that no other alternatives were provided to me. We are two girls travelling alone, when for alternate resort they provided me with the options of paid accomodation outside mahindra club. On my genuine question of discounted price or no price (since we already paid heavy maintainence fee along with the membership fee) the account manager replied " WHO'S FAULT IS IT? IS IT MY FAULT ? TAKE A HIGHER MEMBERSHIP RED OR PURPLE" If the blue membership members are treated this low...I see no point in investing into these clubs. heavily dissapointed.
