[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — service not provided as committed (lies and poor service)

This complaint has not been resolved...
I didn't received revised voucher till now with inclusion of breakfast

I also put emails to member relations team but no reply received.
I tried number [protected] but number came as not valid.
I also sent sms for call but no call received.

I had raised a request to club mahindra regarding change in dates of my booking, if possible along with revised voucher with inclusion of breakfast, but club mahindra didn't bother to respond to customers.

My actual booking date is 24-27 may 2018 but i want to change now for 26 to 29 may 2018, if possible

But no response received.

Dear Team,

As per our telephonic discussion, you told me that there is no room vacant so that why you are not able to change dates.

But i have verified with Royal park website as well as make my trip the rooms were available.

Moreover as per policy i have requested to shift only two dates as i have booking on 24, 25 and 26 May 2018, i have requested to book on 26, 27, 28 May 2018.

Please recheck and contact me.

I posting on this website as you people not reverting on email, sms and call. The only way to connect you is posting complaint here.
