[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — surrender of club mahindra membership

I want to cancel my club mahindra membership, i had send email regarding the subject on 29.10.2018, i had been informed by mail that i will be contacted in two days but there is no response from the company. Marketing persons are making false statements to sell the membership, it shows how reliable company is? How one can relay upon such company?
