[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — unethical behaviour of your executive /manager and our payment not refunded so far | |||
On 25 march, 2019 your co. Executives came to us and made us join your company by paying initially rs.52190.00 as joining fee plus rs. 6357.00 as one installment. Before joining, they told us so many good things that we can enjoy 14 holidays in a year and they will book 5 star resorts for us anywhere in world and air tickets, if booked through them, will be 25% cheaper from market rate. But after giving payment, nobody bothers to either call us or listens our phone call properly. Whenever we called them, their general reply was – sir we are busy right now and will call you later but that later never came. And when (In 3-4 days) they received our call, every time they were in hurry and never listens what the client wants to convey. And air tickets from where your executive told us to purchase are quite expensive than from the market price. We don't know whether they have their cut in the price of air tickets if purchased from them. Leave executive aside, even manager won't bother to listen our problem. After doing so many efforts which went in vain, on may 11, 2019, we have sent mail to you for surrendering / cancellation of our membership & for reimbursement of our amount which we have deposited to you so far (Rs. 58547.00) and got confirmatory mail from your side that our mail has been acknowledged and we will get concerned branch official will get back to us in 2-3 working days - interaction id[protected]. Now around 20 days have passed and still nobody from your concerned dept. Has either called us or sent any mail so that we can come to know that our case has been pursued or not and when shall we get our money back. We are still trying our level best so that we can come in contact with some reliable person or person from your concerned department who can help us to get refund of our amount. For this we have dropped mails also to you at - "bliss. [protected]@mahindraholidays.com" and bliss. [protected]@mahindraholidays.com but haven’t got any suitable / satisfactory reply so far. Now we request you - Firstly – (As they have taken our consent that 2 installments of rs.6357.00 will be deducted from my credit card, and first installment has already been deducted), please ensure that second installment of rs. 6367.00 will not get deducted from our credit card. Secondly – please refund our total amount – (Rs. 58547.00) which we have paid to you so far, as early as possible. Hoping an positive and prompt action from your good side.
