[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Unsatisfied | |
Hello, I took club Mahindra membership on EMI Plan as a trial. The agent of Club Mahindra told me that after my first complimentary vacation, I can convert my payment mode to full one time payment with benefits attached to it. But nobody came for that. When I asked to opt out of membership then my account is automatically deducted by Club Mahindra. When I asked club Mahindra agent about this then he told me that I have signed the papers which was not told to me at that time. Now I am feeling betrayed and nobody is available to listen to me.
