[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — white studio membership fraud

This is Ramesh Wanage ( [protected]) and I was lured into a membership for White studio for 25 years by Clum M representative Mr Sawanpuli on 12th July 2018.
I was told that the offer was only for the day and hence I should get into the agreement by making a downpayment and 3 months EMI.
I was also further told that if I am unable to work out the economics and decide otherwise Clum M rep would help me with the cancellation and full refund,
I was assured that all support would be extended.

Now when I am trying to call bacl the representative his numbers are switched off and when he called me he told that refund of EMI is not possible.

Club Mahindra is a big name and they should care for their repute. These are unethical tactics adopted by their sales people which will bring down the name of the organization.

Please arrange to refund all my payments immediately
