Dear sir,

Mahindra holidays & resorts india ltd,

I would like to withdraw my membership application under the clause
Part c, 8.1 of the agreement. I would like to claim full refund of down payment
Rs. 34830/- under above mentioned clause.

My form number is feb/2018/25yrs/202227. (Refer copy enclosed)
Also please find enclosed the copy of original application signed in original by applicant

Date of filling application : 20.03.2018
Date of payment: 20.03.2018
Date of cancellation : 21.03.2018

Please take this request of withdrawal of the membership application on priority
And provide us the refund at the earliest.

Updated by yaduveersinghchauhan club mahindra told me to share membership id and contact number on Facebook and i provided same to them, i also make contacted to their Chennai based customer care and one of their executive told me that we are sending your request to higher authority and they will contact u, i am continuously sending messages in their facebook account and the only reply is our team with contact you.
