I amol kumar call customer care for membership, they send rohit kumar for the mahindra membership on mar-18, he told me that if i will take franchise then down payment of membership is free. I agreed to take franchise in the name of my wife sandhya ghodkar. He took rs 150000/- cash from me. He told that next day you will get mail for your deposit as well as your membership as i not carry receipt book. I received mail for membership but not received any mail for deposit of rs. 150000/-, i talked to customer care and told them everything. They connect with rohit and in conference call he accept that he took rs. 150000/- from me. But still company not taken any action on him. Also i told customer care that i will not deposit any single emi of membership untill this case is resolve, but the company is deposited my cheque to bank without taking my permission. Total deposit with the company in my membership if rs. 72000/- and i have not untilised any tour from this amount. I only want that company will return this amount to me as soon as possible. Because they tool this amount as mis representation. I will recover remaining 150000/- from rohit kumar through fir with him. Kindly cancel my membership and deposit approx rs. 72000/- in my account as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
