[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — withdrawal of membership application & revert full refund

Mahindra holidays & resorts india limited.
Subject: withdrawal of membership application & full refund of downpayment.
I would like to withdraw my membership application under the clause part b, 8.1 of the agreement. I would like to claim full refund of down payment rs. 45000/- under above mention clause.
Also please find enclosed the copy of original application signed in original by applicant and received on 11/02/18
Date of form filling: 11/02/18
Date of payment: 11/02/18 (Total rs. 45000/- by sbi credit card)
Date of cancellation: 13/02/18
Please take this request of withdrawal of the membership application on priority and provide us the refund at the earliest.
