[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — worst service and really worst staff and also harassing customers | |||
I had booked a holiday in club mahindra mussourie and called at 11 am to inform thaat i have hurt my leg and will be checking in within 1 hour and they inquired all details of booking and said ok room will be ready. After reaching there they kept us waiting for 2 hours and then denied the reservation. My whole day was spoiled and we didnt know qhat to do. After inquiring from make my trip we came to know club mahondra took walkin customers and denied our booking. The staffs are so non co operative.
