[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — xuv 500 club mahindra gift coupon not-redeemable | |
Along with the purchase of xuv 500 car from mahindra in october 2017 we were given the club mahindra resort reservation gift voucher. Since october last year, we have been trying to get a reservation. All the time the club mahindra booking website shows all the resorts are booked. Whenever we try the call center, it is not reachable or by any chance we get the line we have to wait for 20 minutes to get a call center executive on line. They too say "no slot is available try after a month in the website". If we look at the amount of time we spent on their website and their customer care numbers, we feel we are really cheated. If we knew that this is the case then i would not have spent time on this. I would advise never trust club mahindra; they do not value a customers time. Joreson Bangalore.
