[Resolved] Club Mahindra — refund not received - 6 months over | |||
I have enrolled for club Mahindra membership on 30th of Dec – 2017 at Kochi, Club Mahindra Resort. The membership application form number is OCT/2017/25YRS/189453. I have also paid the down payment of Rupees 37, 200 through my credit card. My membership has got confirmed on 2nd Jan – 2018 and the membership id is 2796670. However, I canceled my enrollment and membership with Club Mahindra on 2nd Jan 2018. After repeating attempt with the customer care and local branch, they have agreed that my membership is canceled and I will get the refund. However, the refund is not done for the past 6 months. Note1: I have sent the cancellation request to the corporate office (Chennai and Mumbai) through Speed post. Note 2: Attached the credit card bill and the membership registration form copies. Aug 9, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Hi, the issue is not yet resolved. Club Mahindra has reached out to me and the refund will be processed. However, it is more than 40 days, there is no resolution yet. Club Mahindra Holidays customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
