Issue 4 of 4. Recently I got SMS from your system that being May 2015 my birthday month, I can avail an additional five percent discount on all purchases made during May 2015 and I got a code reference number in the SMS to be shown to your cashier at the above More retain outlet. Today under your Invoice number CM [protected] Trans.No.116152 dated 16 May 2015 at 1805 hours I purchased materials total worth Rupees 223.64 and none of your staff cashier as well as Store supervisor were aware how to apply my SMS given code number to avail this five percent discount and finally I ended up paying full invoice amount without getting the due benefit of five percent. How this five percent birthday month offer system and code works on your system and why you did not update or train your staff on that suitably and why customers like me end up suffering like this without availing this special offer.
