Brentwood club (Country Inn resort) looks good name but I had a worst experience . I had been called by one of the sales executive about lucarative offers which Country inn india is offering and had been to their center and awarded with a free Gift Voucher .
The story starts from here, when I wanted to avail that I wanted to use this voucher so I called on their customer relation, one executive ( Ms. Aishwarya )picked the phone and said we don’t have availability for next one month for the place we have preferred. I requested her that I m flexible with the dates. But clearly said it won’t be possible to give you kosi location, we can give you some other location. Of course she knew it that I won’t be able to go to location she is offering me. Executive was too rude and does not have manners to talk to client. She was behaving like she is doing some “Ehsaan” on me to give the other options.
I just wanna ask this, I did not come to your shop to ask for the voucher. Your executive called me minimum 15-20 time to call me their office to collect the voucher. When you don’t have availability for coming next month then why you call people again and again, just to make them insult by your executives.
I am working on a good position with a reputed organization, so not dying for your 2 night’s free stay but writing this to make people aware about your services. How you insist people to leave their work and come to your office by giving them free holidays offer. Its all fake.
And please give training to your executives (especially to Ms. Aishwarya) of the meaning of “customer care” . You say you believe in “word of mouth” strategy and this how you following it.
I will make sure that nobody (out of my all contacts, friends, colleagues and relatives) should not visit your office for the fake holiday offers. So that they will not have to face this embarrassment .
