Cluesdeal — dispatch of wrong product instead of philips company

I booked 50000mah power bank of philips through online on 17 sep 2018. On 21 sep 18 i received the parcel by paying amount of 1440. When i opened the parcel i saw that it was duplicate and sony 32000mah. I asked about the same to courier boy. He said to return through online. When i call on contact no of no one responded and when i send a mail on the cluesdeal email address mail undelivered as wrong. So i think this is fraud and legally action to be taken and direct to pay my amount and fine for suffer
