My flat booking cancelled for flat no 1402 (Tower 4) at f residences wadgaonsheri, pune. Instead of replying queries raised which was committed by their officers at the time of accepting booking amount; they are threatening to cancel the booking of my flat no 1402 (Tower 4) at f residences wadgaonsheri, pune. No reverts on my multiple mails raised to them. I am running from pillar to post seeking confirmation on the commitments made at the time of booking, however nothing addressed till date. My money is blocked in saving account and token money not refunded. It is my first house and lost the trust on builder being their commitment behavior. Appeal at rera rejected being project not covered in rera whereas builder has used entire communication taking reference of rera. I will be greatful if i get your help to get my flat or money back
