Cnbc Awaaz — fraud done to me by consultancy

Dear mr. Delhi police commissioner,

This is to inform you that consultancy named as careerstreat from delhi called me for job vacancy in itc limited company at mumbai branch for marketing.
They took rs 9200 and 15200 as fees.
I went to itc company in mumbai branch asked hr is there any vacancy for marketing person they said no.

They took my personal information like photo of adhar card, pan card too.
I have screenshot of amount paid to them.
Career streat told me they will refund my money in 3 months.
I completed my three months on november 6th but till now i have not received my money and they dont reply to my mail also put their phone on switch off.
Shikha gupta and rahul are the concern person with whom i was used to talk in career streat.
I have recordings too of phone calls.

Their office is at delhi, rohini sector 6.

Please help me in getting my money back i earn hand to mouth.
