Sir i sri tapan kumar dash employee id_497003 deputation at hindustan coca_cola bevereges pvt ltd from 17/10/2011 to 31/08/2026 i have sumbited my pf withdral 10c form through adecco office bbsr [protected]@
That is rejected for reason fathers name
On dated 17/03/2017 my claim id is_pybom[protected] acct no_pybom[protected]
After that i have mail to adecco suport center they are get me amail a declaration
With afidevit/adhar card /pancard
I have allredy sent that with hard copy by speed post on date 13/06/2017
Plz check that and do needfull healp
