Cocacola Company — Thumsup 1.75litre bottle was completely damaged and is a bad foul smell coming from it and even the date not expired yet.

Hello,
I am Prathyusha i bought a Coca-Cola product i.e, (Thumsup 1.75ltr bottle)and then i observed that it was completely damaged and is a bad foul smell coming from it and even the date not expired yet.
So regarding this i made a complaint to Coca-Cola company on September 7th and i haven't received any response from them yet.
So again i contacted their customer care many times but al the response i get is "our person will contact you within 24hrs" but its almost 1month and still there is no response from them. And again when i asked them they are saying me that they cannot do anything.
Since that is a damaged product they have to be responsible regarding this and what if i get sick by drinking that product.
So i request you to resolve this issue and take action against them.
