My self is parth acharya and i had brought a three year policy in july 2019 for my kid worth of 8000 rs.
I had sent many bills to them for reimbursement but not even a single bill they cleared. I had called them for many times and they are just ignoring me even after sending too many mails. Mr. Rohit bajaj was the person who called me to purchase the policy and promised me that they will give the reimbursement within 15 working days. Now its more that 2 months passed and i am waiting for the reimbursement or refund of the policy as had sent a mail of cancelling the policy on 10th december. But they have ignore the mail.
I have complaint to indian consumer complaints forum on 13/12/2019 but still the problem is not solved. They have not refund the policy amount or not reimburse the bills.

Updated by [email protected] i have sent many mails and called them but they are literally ignoring the mails and calls too.
i have not got any reply even after Consumer Complaint.
please give the solution for this company. this is fraud company and this company would be black listed and punish them for manipulating the people.

its almost year and still no any reply from Cognate Health Services...i have paid much more for the policy and
now they are not giving any reply or even their contact nos are not working. please take strict actions against this fraud company and black list this company as many people are getting cheated like me.

its more than a year has been passed but nobody has solved my problem.

cognate health services is a Big Fraud Company .

pl take some big actions on them.

pl help me out from this problem. i have to take my 8000/- rs back from this fraud company.
