Cognate Health Services — no reimbursement : all false statements

I purchased the package for rs.10000/- for my parents in april, 2018. From the first day they commit false statements. No reimbursement has been given even after 25 days. First they said that they will convert the payment into emi and after customer's consent the same will be charged. All wrong. Then they said that they will reimburse the expenses for converting the payment into emi. But today after 25 days, the bills and emi expense were not reimbursed. I made so many phone calls. But nothing has been done. All the time they have different excuses like, the person holds accounts was on leave, server problem, under process, forward to the concern department etc. Etc. Etc.
The company itself a fraud company, so please do not purchase any package from this company.

Do one thing ...write your reviews repeatedly on Google so that other innocent customer avoid their policies..agar hamara bhala Nahi hi sakta to atleast innocent customer ko aware Karo by writing reviews on social platforms
I purchased the package for rs.7000/- for my parents last year.From the first day they commit false statements. Before purchasing the policy employees of cognate like Dharmendra Sharma, Nikhil, Simran, Iqra, Manish told that claim will reimburse within 7 days. So when I sent my first claim, they had taken two months telling system not working, employ who process the reimbursement claim is on leave so when he will come then your claim will process ..at the end after so many followup they didn't respond ..even I write to the MD of company Mritunajay Roy but he did not responded ...so I raised complaint against them last year...then I get very small amount from them...
Now on May 6, 2018 I sent some bills of my father ...till now I haven't get any reimbursement. No reimbursement has been given even after a month passed. So mANY TIMEs i called to customer services, wrote an email but they didn't respond. Only an automated reply received on email . For your ease, I'm herein attaching the mail what I written to cognate team and they didn't reply me... yesterday I called to customer service asking the claim status so agent Simran picked my call ..she is very rude on call and transfer my CALL TO HR Iqra...As per Iqra, Manish who will processed the claim is on leave and she promised that i will get my reimbursement in next week so I told her to write on mail ..she is telling lie that she is writing a reply but no reply received from that jhooti lady...then I received call from Dharmendra Sharma from [protected]. He told me why I had called to CUSTOMER CARE and he told me that I was very rude on call so cognate health organisation is going to cancel my policy...I laughed and asked him, "Tumhe claim bheje hue ek mahine se jyada ho gya to kya Mai tumhari call centre me call Kar me status BHI na poocha" .
To us ### Manish be Bola tum Kuch b karlo, chahe High court me complaint Kar do Tumhe claim Nahi milega or Mai Kisi se Nahi darta Hu...and he told me he and his company will make a fool of customer like this because MD of cognate i.e Mritunajay Roy ([protected]@outlook.com) has given a permission of making a fool of innocent customer ...this is totally a fraud company... cognate health organisation is totally fraud company ...like company employees of cognate health organisation i.e Manish, Dharmendra Sharma, Nikhil, Simran, Iqra etc all are fraud and lier...even MD of the company Mritunajay Roy is also a fraud person who is managing the fraud company Cognate health organisation..
I'm requesting you to look into this and cancelled the license of such fraud company.. last year also I complaint regarding the same company... I made so many phone calls. But nothing has been done. All the time they have different excuses like, the person holds accounts was on leave, server problem, under process, forward to the concern department etc. Etc. Etc.

On jun10, 2018 I had submitted complaint regarding fraud company Cognate health organisation who is deniying to process my claim...pls help...
Pls help regarding this fraud company... cognate health organisation...it's my third complaint
