Cognate Health Services — reimbursement not processed as promised | |||||
I ve taken the policy in july 2017 for 7500. Since then im feeling mental struggle for getting my bills reimbursed. They are not following the terms and conditions mentioned in the policy. My bill is pending since last 4 months and no one is giving proper response. They are cheating the people with their cheap medical policy but not settling any bills. Even people will not take this matter seriously because the amount is less. Nobody will give a police complaint fir such small amounts. Taking this point as basis they are behaving like a monopoly. Somebody please take necessary action or advise me how to give complaint on them. Im not getting any right path for this. Was this information helpful? | |||||

It is just a fraud company. Not refunding my amount or any promises they made. They wont respond or months and then simply say sorry your free cancellation period is expired.
