I have purchased the policy on the 25th of feb 2020. A salesperson my name dharmender called and maid lots of promises, he said by a week i will even receive the health care and in 24 hr will receive a soft copy in the mail. And today is the 20th of may 2020 nothing i have to receive from. Each time i call the customer service no they say they don't have any details and for further information write a mail r call the salesperson. After sending a mail to then, they say call to over customer care no and customer care person says to drop a mail. I[censored] ask about the refund they say it's not possible.
And at @the end, i have lost the money. Know not the salesperson pics the call not the customer care @one word says to drop a mail and disconnects the call.
The reply from the service department will not take less than 7days to reply. And even the reply will be called to over helpline no for the details and helpline persons will drop a mail the consulted person will get back to you. Was this information helpful? |
