Cognate Health Services — no response and no reimbursement claim

I have purchased policy amounting to rs10000 for 2 members dated 10th nan 2019 for which invoice number inv3339 but still i am struggling to claim my bills
This is for your kind information that there is no satisfactory reply from organisation after getting enrolment only i m getting the auto mail reply that thanks for your interest nothing else i think this company is totally fraud base and cheating the customers nothing else as i have submitted the bill copy from last month there is no reply on it even executive also not picking the phone.
And no customer care number is responding at all.
