Cognate Health Services — non reimbursement of my hospital bills | |||||
I have purchased a health service plan from cognate health services, at the time of services they have committed in written that they will reimburse a certain percentage of my hospital bills. But they are not reimbursing me the amount even after plenty of efforts and requests, they are just passing the things and giving excuses day-by-day.
