This seems a total fraud company. Number of persons calling me day and night to purchase their poiicy. I was lured giving so many false promises. As soon as I paid the money they either swich off the mobiles, Not reachable or busy in meeting - these standard replies.
I was advised that I can cancell my policy, if not liked within 45 days. I sent my request for cancellation and refund my money many time but no action. They informed me that you get the instalment paid in EMIs and cost will be beared by them but they didnt paid my EMI Cost.
I requested for two different policies one for me and nother for my daughter. As advised by them I paid Rs.14, 000/- for my policy and Rs. 8000/- for my daughter's policy. They merged the two into one and didnot sent the coupens etc as promised. So far I have not used any service /coupen because there is no respone from them.
One gentleman Mr. Neeraj at least picked up the call sometimes and tried to help but it seems he is helpless and nobody bothers his requests or he may also be playing.
I request to cancell the policy and refund my full amount of Rs.22, 000/- plus unnecessary cost of EMI about Rs.2200/- Was this information helpful? |
