[Resolved] Cognate Health Services — not refunding money

I bought this plan from sales team from a call. Intially they told me everything will be reimbursed as per the rule. They told me that by showing the card they will sent, you will get on the spot discount and if the card will not work bill will be reimbursed. I bought plan of 4 member for 3 years of rupees 12000 on 6 nov 2017.
My mother was already in hospital for her breast cancer surgery. I tried to get discount in hospital and many medical stores but no one recognize this compay.
In their mail it was mentioned that i can cancel plan withing 45 days and full amount will be refunded. I mailed to cancel the plan and then as per the process they suggested i have sent the received kit. But now no one is responding on mail and ceo of the company has blocked my number and email.
Please help on the same.

As per telephonic conversation with you and "CEO" of our organisation, we are going to cancel your membership.
We will refund you your amount after given below deduction:-

Total Amount Paid Rs.12, 000
G.S.T. Deduction(18%) Rs.2, 160
Service Charge(25%) Rs.3, 000
Note: Service Charge will be from paid amount.
Amount to be Refund Rs.6, 840

Note:Your cancellation amount will be refunded with in 25 working days.

In the payment slip there was no GST and service charges applied. Don't know why on refund slip all the charges will be applied.

Updated by Nikita_Agarwal After visiting their office and calling police I could receive a cheque of amount 10, 169 (After deducting 18% GST on 12000) from Mrityunjay Roi (Owner of the company).

As per the rules, the deducted GST is invalid as if service is not taken by customer then GST should also be refunded by company.
For this my fight will continue.
